Refund policy

We hope you adore your Mare Jouel piece. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

Important Notes

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or size, we recommend initiating a refund and placing a new order.
• Items marked as Final Sale or discounted are not eligible for return or refund.
• Refunds must be sent back in their original Mare Jouel to go bag, with tags attached, unused, unwashed, and unstained.
• Items returned without hygienic liners or showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (standard and express).
• Third-party purchases must be returned through the original point of sale.
Original shipping charges will only be refunded if there is a quality or delivery issue.
• At Mare Jouel, all sales are final once your order is placed. We don’t offer price adjustments on items that go on sale after your purchase. Price is set — no refunds or changes will be made if prices drop later. Thanks for understanding and supporting our island-made mission.

Refund Process

• Once your refund is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10–15 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. If this method is no longer available, we may process refunds to a verified PayPal account.

To ensure the integrity of all refunds, each piece is carefully inspected.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alterations fall outside our refund policy and will not be accepted.

Warranty Limitations

Our pieces are made with intention and care. However, please note that our warranty does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
• Natural wear over time or deterioration of components with limited lifespan.
• Issues resulting from non-genuine or unsuitable materials used with the product.
• Failure to follow the care instructions provided with your Mare Jouel piece or listed on our website.
• Alterations, repairs, or damage caused by third parties, as well as external events such as natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances.
